Gad - I'm SUCH a fickle ninny!

Well, I ripped out all 90 rows of the shawl and had decided that I was going to wait and start my Mystery Stole 3 over again with different yarn when I was sure it would really be "my cup of tea". I'm not really liking the pattern so far, and the yarn, in all it's autumnal glory, is very special to me. So. I thought I'd wait until all of the clues were up, and then start again with a different yarn...

But then - as I was putting the "Campfire Heather" yarn into its bin to await a different pattern, I saw it. The 4 hanks of Knit Picks "Shadow" in "Grape Jelly Heather" that I had bought to do a Faroese shawl with.....yep, you guessed it, the Curse of the Curious Knitter struck! Say it with me, fellow fiber junkies, "Hmmmmmm.....I wonder......"

SOOOOOO.....out came the needles, out came the MS3 charts, and here I sit winding a ball of Grape Jelly Heather". Damn you, Knit Picks! Damn you, Stash of all Stashes!

Pictures to follow soon.....ish. (Well, I am a Slow Bee, after all, and I have the badge over there <------ to prove it!)

Hey there - I just stumbled across your blog while reading the comments for MS3 and I am SO with you on this pattern. Blah. Ripping as I type...

Good luck - how can you go wrong with a yarn called "Grape Jelly Heather"?!
