It isn't *all* about the knitting!

I just received my new (Well, to me) inkle loom via UPS today - I am SO excited! Here's a piccy, although I cut off the far left end in the piccy and I was too lazy to go take another one:

In other news, I've asked the Spindlitis group for help with my Acorn spindle, which I love to look at, but would love even more if I could USE the thing! Here it is:
