Faux Spanish Lace Done!

The Faux Spanish Lace (FSL) shawl is done! Here it is on my patio:

And here is the wonderfully kind & helpful lady that I made it for, Mary Jane, modeling her FSL Shawl:

I even had her strike the obligatory finished-shawl-bat-wing pose:

Liz - did you ever finish the Easy Peasy Shawl? If so, do you have a photo of the finished shawl?

I am looking for an easy lace shawl to do - and that one seems to be intrigueing me - but I cant locate a photo of a finished one anywhere!

Hi Danielle!

Alas, no, my Easy Peasey is still on the needles - it's taking SO long to get around a round now!

Peace,
Liz

Can you tell me what weight yarn and size needles you used? Thank you so much - I am trying to decide on a shawl pattern to use for a gift!

Sure thing! It's KnitPicks "Shadow" 100% merino lace weight yarn, (The color is "campfire heather", but it's been discontinued, I believe)and a size 5 (3.75 mm) circular.
